Q: When will I receive my crochet kit?
A: For physical kits, shipping times depend on your location. Typically, domestic orders arrive in 5–10 business days, and international orders may take longer.

Q: Can I get a refund?

• Digital patterns: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

• Crochet kits: Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the kit is unused and in its original packaging.
